New Service: School Lunches! This service is ideal for busy parents with growing children. They need to eat good food, but most schools offer Taco Bell, sodas, and highly processed foods loaded with salt, sugar, and unhealthy fats. YUCK! Instead of that, let me prepare items for the lunch boxes. I can make a week's worth of sandwiches, wraps, or empanadas. I'll cut up carrots, radishes and celery, and leave a healthy dip to go with them. I'll bake cookies or muffins and make homemade applesauce (or pear sauce!). I can even bake some homemade chips or crackers! All of the items will be indivdually packaged in small containers. All you have to do is grab it and put it in the box!
Morning relief: A nutritious breakfast, rich in protein and complex carbohydrates, helps you tackle the day with energy. I will leave homemade breakfast items in your freezer, allowing you to simply heat and eat. Add fresh fruit and yogurt for a complete meal. My waffles and muffins are made from organic whole-grains, giving you the best in nutrition!
Complete Grocery Shopping: Send me your grocery list before your cooking day and I'll pick up all the items you need. You won't need a trip to the store at all!

Assisted Dinner Parties: You want to make an impression, but where do you find the time? Or, you may just want to relax and enjoy your friends! Let me do all the prep work for you. We'll discuss and agree on a menu and I'll do all the shopping. I'll bring everything to your house and prepare the food, set the table using your special dishes, and arrange the decor. I'll leave your kitchen clean and your house ready for the party. All you have to do is heat and plate the food and enjoy the compliments!
