Fashion design is also a labor of love, requiring long hours and little chance of superstardom — but for many, the work itself is the reward. Fashion designers, in fact, are some of the most creative and eclectic people that you will ever meet. Men’s fashions during the 19th and 20th centuries have been conservative and dull in comparison to women’s. The fashion industry is a big part of our economy. Here is a short list: Chanel Gabrielle “Coco” Chanel (1883-1971) created feminine fashion that provided the feeling of luxury and combined traditional women’s clothing with styles, fabrics, and articles of clothing used by men. Her fashion revolution liberated women to express their femininity with elegance and grace.

The Hollywood film “The Devil Wears Prada”, starring Meryl Streep, has brought a lot of attention to the world of fashion. More information about Prada Versace Gianni Versace (1946-1997) became interested in fashion working in his mother’s small dress shop. By 1978 he had become a design leader of women’s and men’s fashions. More information about Giorgio Armani Jean-Paul Gaultier (1952- ) is a French fashion designer who never received formal design training. Embellish Fashion Accessories With Beaded Fringe

Available in dozens of colors, bead styles, and sizes, beaded fringe helps you create instant fashion accessories with very little effort. Sew or glue the strip of beads onto an accessory in need of a little pizazz. The results are instant and spectacular.

Purses and Bags: Fasten a strip of beaded fringe to the bottom of any narrow bag with a handle, and you have an instant 1920s flapper bag. Or a 1960s hippie bag. Cover a small cloth bag with stripe after stripe of beaded fringe for an extra festive look.

Hats: Used with a little restraint, beaded fringe can also embellish hats. Try covering a knit stocking hat with closely spaced rows of beaded fringe for an allover look. Fasten it in place of a traditional ribbon hatband, using a fringe about the same width as the hatband would be.

Belts: A strand of beaded fringe could be worn as a belt, if it were strung securely enough with heavy duty nylon thread. Otherwise, attach one strip, or several, depending on its width, to a belt. Outline a large, openwork metal belt buckle with fringe that has a drop of only two or three beads. Replace belt buckles with a double row of fringe, sewn head to head.

Gloves: Although beaded designs, especially floral and geometric, are popular on both winter and evening gloves, beaded fringe should probably be reserved for use around the edge of the cuff. Formal, elbow-length evening gloves could be embellished with a line of beaded fringe from the tip of the pinky finger to the hem, along the outside of the arm. More substantial, winter leather or knit gloves can be individualized by sewing short strips of fringe across the top of them.

Below are our top 10 tips for best fashion advice that can be given to anyone during any time of the year.

1. Choose the clothes that suit your body
No matter what trendsetting or fashion forward clothing you purchase if it will not compliment your body-then you’d better put it back on the store rack!

2. On Jewelry: Less is not always more
(For Men) You must not over accessorize, do not wear more than 3 pieces of jewelry. Silver is becoming popular these days so you might want to invest.
(For Women) Less is not always more especially during the summer, you can accessorize you summer outfits with big and bold accessories. Wooden beads and citrus colored bangles are a good sight during the summer.

3. In the winter: Accessorize!
During the cold weather add a little pop of color to the weather, you can accessorize with sweaters and scarves, ensure it matches your outfit though! Try to mix and match things, if you are wearing tight fitting jeans then a big sweater will be a good contrast and will compliment your slender legs.

4. Keep your shoes and belts looking brand new:
Shoes and belts can catch the eye of other people so make sure that you invest in a good pair of shoes and a nice belt and make sure that they are regularly kept clean and shiny – there’s nothing worse than a pair of muddy boots combined with a smart dress!

5. If you look the part then you have to smell the part.
There is no use in looking great if you smell something like the cat dragged in. So if you take time and invest in what you will be wearing and what you will look like then make sure that you throw in some good perfume, cologne or after-shave.
